Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
If you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase or it arrives damaged, you can return the product for store credit or exchange the product for another one, if the items are still in stock. Please keep the receipt and present it at the time of refund. ALL REFUNDS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE. No cash refunds will be given.
We CANNOT exchange wine, it is the law.

NOTE: An ADULT signature (21 years of age or older) is required at delivery. A valid form of ID must be provided.
The Winery at Versailles cannot control the delivery time frame, especially to vacation addresses in Florida.
NOTE: Wine will NOT be left without this signature. Proper ID will be required.
NO under 21 years permitted Fri or Sat ALL day in any seating area. This means no infants or minors. NO exceptions.
We do not allow outside foods to be brought in. We allow certain desserts with prior permission.
No outside alcohol may be brought in to the Winery. Failure to follow this rule can and will cause you to be asked to leave.
No pets permitted in the Winery, on the patio or vineyard, except for service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability.
Reservations are ALWAYS highly encouraged for tastings and/or dinner. Thurs-Sat are our busiest times and we are often at full capacity with events and regular tasting seating. You MUST call and speak with an employee during regular business hours to make your reservation. We cannot take table reservations via Facebook, the website (except for special events) or by leaving a message. ALL tastings/sampling are done AT a table, not at the bar, so that you can enjoy the wines at your leisure. Our tables downstairs hold NO more than 8 guests (Please do not ask to push tables together). There is seating for larger groups upstairs or outside. Please call Carlena, our event’s coordinator, for available seating for larger parties.
